Willkommen:Kultur (Welcome:Culture)

Since May 2023, tanzbar_bremen has had its own rehearsal spaces at Plantage 13.

With the three-year project Willkommen:Kultur (“Welcome:Culture”), these premises and the Findorff district are being revitalized. Through targeted courses and activities, an inclusive cultural space is being created for the neighborhood and the city of Bremen.

We are creating a wide range of opportunities for creatives to train together and enhance their movement and stage skills. Artists, enthusiasts, and emerging talents with diverse abilities can rehearse, improvise, and explore various dance and theater techniques together, as well as further their education.

In addition to regular training sessions, open creative spaces and other exchange formats are being offered, along with the development of aesthetic concepts.

The Willkommen:Kultur project is funded by Aktion Mensch and the Helmut and Ruth Märtens Foundation.
